By accessing or using NORIN Digital’s SEO services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services & Scope

NORIN Digital provides Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services, including but not limited to:

  • Keyword research

  • On-page and off-page optimization

  • Content recommendations

  • Technical SEO audits

  • Local SEO strategies

Service details, pricing, and specific deliverables will be outlined in each client’s contract or agreement.

2. Payment Terms

  • All SEO services require upfront payment or an agreed-upon billing schedule.

  • Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a contract.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate business details and access to necessary platforms (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, website CMS, etc.).

  • Clients agree to follow ethical business practices and comply with all applicable laws.

  • Clients understand that active participation (e.g., content approval, website updates) may be required for effective SEO results.

4. Service Limitations & Guarantees

  • SEO Services: We strive to improve search rankings but do not guarantee specific rankings due to search engine algorithm changes and external factors beyond our control.

  • Timelines: SEO is a long-term strategy, and results may take several months depending on competition, website history, and industry trends.

  • Search Engine Compliance: Our SEO practices adhere to Google Webmaster Guidelines. Any penalties due to previous SEO practices (not conducted by NORIN Digital) are the client’s responsibility.

  • Third-Party Changes: We are not responsible for ranking fluctuations due to search engine algorithm updates, competitor actions, or changes to third-party platforms.

5. Termination & Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' written notice.

  • NORIN Digital reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of contract, or unethical conduct.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • NORIN Digital is not responsible for lost revenue, website downtime, or penalties resulting from third-party changes (Google updates, technical issues, etc.).

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for SEO services in the last three months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.

8. Updates to These Terms

NORIN Digital may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
